Essentially anything unnecessary in my book. Subprime mortgages caused this mess, what banks collapse, which in turn instilled fear in consumers and slowed spending. Fix the mortgage mess! The reduction in the rate of 4% proposed by the Republican Party. Foreclosures will slow, stabilize and values increase, construction will be revitalized and EVERY landlord would have the opportunity to refinance – Encourage the banking sector and put more money into the pockets of all owners for the removal, elimination of debt and spending to create jobs everywhere. $ 400,000,000 for research on ETS? wtf? Yes, the money spent on research std creates jobs, but temporary jobs. $ 150,000,000,000 in schools and roads also creates jobs, but temporary jobs. Other items added as well that create jobs and $ 866,000 for a field of 36-hole frisbee golf ….. I guess a couple of guys need to cut the grass 5 months out of the year!
